Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability while making you smile! Providing numerous benefits, including social interaction, routine and motivation. Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning.
A cardio-based martial arts-inspired workout that combines moves from various disciplines, such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, and Muay Thai, to improve cardiovascular health and coordination.
A high-energy cardio workout that combines athletic movements, such as running, jumping, and lunging, with strength and stabilisation exercises to improve overall fitness and burn calories.
A mind-body class that incorporates elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
A stationary indoor cycling class that simulates outdoor cycling, focusing on endurance, strength, and interval training. Participants adjust the bike’s resistance to control intensity levels.
60 minutes | Beginner Friendly
Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. Physical postures are performed in a flowing and mindful manner, synchronizing movement with breath.

45 minutes | All Fitness Levels
Our Fun over 50’s class is a fun and welcoming way to stay active, social, and healthy. Participants begin with a 10-minute warm up in the gym before heading into the multi-purpose room for a 45-minute virtual aerobic workout displayed on the TV. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and focuses on movement, fitness and enjoyment in a supportive group environment.

6 – week Challenges run two-three times per year and are designed to help you reset, stay motivated, and achieve your fitness goals in a supportive environment. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or looking for your next challenge, participants receive guidance, encouragement, and a community atmosphere to help build healthy habits, improve fitness, and feel their best. Who doesn’t love a little community competition?
